Consent to the processing of personal data

1. You hereby grant consent to Rascasone s.r.o., with registered office at Prosecká 527/24, Libeň, 180 00 Prague, ID number: 06286569, file number: C 279510 held at the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as the 'Administrator'), that in accordance with the European Parliament's regulation and Council (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) (hereinafter referred to as the 'Regulation') processed these personal data:

     -    address,

     -    email,

     -    phone number,

     -    IČ, DIČ,

     -    cookies,

     -    curriculum vitae,

     -    IP address,

2. These personal data can be processed based on your consent and must be processed for commercial, job offer and marketing purposes. These data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 10 years.

3. The administrator collects the following cookies on its website: currently none.

4. You give your express consent to the above processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the company's contact details listed on the contact page.

5. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, but the following processors may also process personal data for the Administrator:

     -    Legal representative of Rascasone s.r.o.,

     -    Accounting firm Rascasone s.r.o.,

     -    Heroku.com hosting provider,

     -    Hosting provider Vercel.com,

     -    Possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications that are not currently used by the Company.

     -    request information from us on what personal data we process, request a copy of this data,

     -    request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,

     -    request us to delete this personal data,

     -    on data portability,

     -    file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or go to court,
