Do we have to move to your servers?

No. The solution can keep running where it runs. If moving makes sense, we propose it.

What if we need more changes than included?

Extra hours are billed at a rate agreed in advance, or you move to a higher level.

How fast do you respond to an outage?

Within 1 working day in Operations, within 4 hours during business hours in Critical operations.

What if we stop?

After 3 months you can stop at any time. We hand over access, documentation and everything we added.
