Browser

Browser or internet browser, is a software providing web content. You can use it to visit your favourite websites, shop at e-shops or read news sites.

The most commonly used web browsers are Google Chrome, Safari (for Apple), Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox. All of these have integrated search engines for many years, and as a result the two terms are often confused. However, unlike browsers, search engines are just another type of web. A type whose job is to display related content based on a keyword. For example, it is used to find an e-shop that offers the desired goods. The most used search engines are Google, Yahoo or DuckDuckGo.
