Scrum

Scrum is one of the most popular agile methodologies. Its goal is to make teamwork more efficient, whether in the context of management or in the process of creating digital products.

At the core of scrum are sprints and communication between team members and with the client. This allows scrum to respond more flexibly to potential problems or changes in client requirements.

At the beginning of the process, a backlog is created with all expected tasks. Priority is assigned to each task and tasks are assigned to team members accordingly. Each team member then works on their part of the project. During the iteration, several meetings are held to discuss the current status and potential problems. The output of the sprint is presented to the client and then the whole process is repeated.
