Agile development

Agile (also agile methodologies) is a set of practices and techniques of modern approach to digital product development and project management.

The work on a project is divided into smaller sections (iterations) in which the digital product needs to be extended by another part - to build new functionality, improve the existing one or solve problems that have arisen. Each iteration ends with feedback from the customer or users. As a result, products are developed exactly according to their requirements, more efficiently, faster and often at a lower cost.
