The Lumyros social network is one of the projects we took over from another developer. Our task was to optimize the existing code and add additional functionality according to the delivered design. This digital product impressed us with its robustness and theme , and that's why we decided to accept the offer, despite the risks associated with taking over a project in progress.

As part of the project, we continued the work of previous developers and successfully deployed a social network intended for the community of aurora hunters into application stores.

The key part of the mobile application is a map designed to locate auroras. Photos, descriptions and more detailed metadata can be added to each aurora. Individual users can then comment, rate or share the occurrences on their profile.

Shared aurora records and other types of posts are displayed in the feed of the followed users, where the posts can be commented on or shared further contains a table of the most successful hunters as well as suggestions of other relevant users to follow. browse saved posts.

Another useful part is the statistics, which based on the current position displays an overview of the visibility of the auroras in the given location and the forecast of the occurrence of the auroras.
