The centerpiece of the information system is a dashboard with a calendar and an overview of all assigned tasks. It also contains information about the current phase of individual processes, for example, whether the client or state authority is waiting for the delivery of documents. Every user here then they can also see the number of hours worked.

The dashboard is also closely related to the notification center, which alerts you to important deadlines, the completion of individual process phases, and the assignment of new tasks. br>Another important part of this web application is files, to which you can assign file tags, add related tasks or upload documents. After connecting the e-mail box, the information system automatically uploads attachments from the related e-mail also connected to the insolvency register, thanks to which it draws attention to the client's possible insolvency.

Individual files are collected on a file overview page, where important terms are clearly highlighted, the possibility to share the file with a colleague from the organization or export work reports and other overviews to PDF or Excel.

The mentioned time sheets serve not only as a basis for reporting hours worked, but also as a data source for generating invoices within the integrated invoicing system. With the exception of the aforementioned report, it works with the law firm's client database and the selected hourly rate.
