The client approached us with a request to take over the development of an already existing customer relationship management (CRM) information system from the previous developer.

Solution detail
We faced the challenge of taking over and further expanding a CRM system aimed at encompassing all the tools needed for efficient management of business contacts and marketing campaigns, and automating related activities.
I want my own appEach contact works as a profile containing basic information (e.g. name or gender) as well as data for marketing campaigns (e.g. preferred form of address). Files can be uploaded to each profile and records of related marketing activities can be added. This allows us to see, for example, statistics on sent emails including their success rate.
One of the two main goals of CRM development was to make customer communication more efficient. For this purpose, tools for convenient and clear contact management had to be added to the application. Contacts/profiles can therefore be sorted into groups, filtered using preset and custom filters, and searched using full-text search.
The second main goal was more efficient management of marketing campaigns. This is handled by the marketing section, which contains an interface for creating SMS, email, and direct mail campaigns as well as an overview of all previously sent series.
The success of completed campaigns is then tracked by the statistics section, which monitors the number of messages sent, messages marked as SPAM, and the number of users who unsubscribed. In addition, it provides an overview of contact sources and the total number of contacts in the database.

The Rascasone team took over the development of the information system for managing business contacts (CRM) and continuously keeps it up to date based on client and user requirements through the integration of modern technologies.
I want my own appFor example, we extended the application with Google Calendar synchronization and integration with TickTick for efficient scheduling of meetings and tasks. We also added the capability for high-volume email sending with optional integration with Mailgun and Sparkpost.
